1. Who we are

Blueprintable Design operates the website blueprintabledesign.com and sells digital planning products via Gumroad. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Email address — waitlist & free downloads

When you sign up to be notified about a product or download a free resource, we collect your email address. This is used exclusively to:

• Send you the requested free download link
• Notify you when a waitlisted product becomes available
• Occasionally send relevant planning tips or product updates (you can unsubscribe any time)

Legal basis: Legitimate interest / consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

Processor: Formspree Inc. (formspree.io) — your email is transmitted to Formspree servers. Formspree is GDPR compliant and acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See Formspree Privacy Policy.

Retention: We retain your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

2.2 Purchase data

When you purchase a product, the transaction is handled entirely by Gumroad. We receive a notification containing your email address and the product purchased. We do not receive or store your payment card details. See Gumroad Privacy Policy.

2.3 Technical data (server logs)

Our hosting provider Netlify may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used only for security and performance monitoring. We do not use this data for profiling. See Netlify Privacy Policy.

2.4 Local storage

We store small amounts of data in your browser's localStorage (not transmitted to our servers) to remember your cart and pre-fill email fields. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Third-party services

• Google Fonts — loads fonts from Google servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads. Legal basis: legitimate interest (website functionality). You can disable this in your browser or use a font blocker. Google Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — processes all form submissions (contact, waitlist, free downloads). Data is stored on Formspree's EU-accessible servers.
• Gumroad — handles all purchases and payment processing.
• Netlify — hosts this website and may log basic access data.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising/tracking platforms.

4. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format

• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption. We do not store payment card information.

6. International transfers

Formspree and Gumroad are US-based companies. Both operate under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for GDPR-compliant international data transfers.

7. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
