1. Who we are

Blueprintable Design operates blueprintabledesign.com and currently offers free digital planning resources. Free resources are delivered via Payhip. Paid products may be introduced later.

2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Email address — waitlist & free downloads

When you sign up to be notified about a product or download a free resource, we collect your email address. This is used exclusively to:

• Send you the requested free download link
• Notify you when a waitlisted product becomes available
• Occasionally send relevant planning tips or product updates (you can unsubscribe any time)

Legal basis: Legitimate interest / consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

Processor: Formspree Inc. (formspree.io) — your email is transmitted to Formspree servers. Formspree is GDPR compliant and acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See Formspree Privacy Policy.

Retention: We retain your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

2.2 Purchase data

When you download a free resource, delivery may be handled by Payhip. Payhip may collect your email address to deliver the file and manage download access. If paid products are introduced later, payments may be processed by Payhip/Stripe and we will not receive or store payment card details. See Payhip Privacy Policy and Stripe Privacy Policy.

2.3 Technical data (server logs)

Our hosting provider Netlify may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used only for security and performance monitoring. We do not use this data for profiling. See Netlify Privacy Policy.

2.4 Local storage

We may store limited non-sensitive interface data in your browser, such as cart or consent preferences. We do not use browser localStorage to store free-download email addresses. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Third-party services

• Google Fonts — loads fonts from Google servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads. Legal basis: legitimate interest (website functionality). You can disable this in your browser or use a font blocker. Google Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — processes all form submissions (contact, waitlist, free downloads). Data is stored on Formspree's EU-accessible servers.
• Payhip — delivers current free digital resources and may process payments if paid products are introduced later.
• Netlify — hosts this website and may log basic access data.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising/tracking platforms.

4. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption. We do not store payment card information.We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International transfers

Formspree is a US-based company and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for GDPR-compliant data transfers.

7. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
