Blueprintable Design currently offers free digital resources. The resources currently listed on the website cost €0, so there is no payment to refund at this stage.

Current Free Resources

Free resources are delivered digitally through Payhip. Payhip may ask for an email address so the file can be delivered and downloaded securely. No credit card is required for the currently listed free resources.

If Paid Products Are Introduced Later

Paid digital products may be introduced later. If that happens, purchases will generally be final once access or download has been provided, because digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery.

• Future paid products will be clearly marked before checkout.
• Any future payment will be handled by the payment processor shown at checkout.
• Refunds for future paid digital products may be limited once the file has been delivered, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Download or Access Problems

If a free resource does not download correctly, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

• We can replace corrupted or incomplete files.
